MSA Membership Announcements
Friday, December 2, 2011 at 7:04PM Good day Snowmobilers,
I have two announcements to make in this email.
Announcement 1:
Nick Dyer from the Portland Pirates and myself are happy to announce an opportunity for Clubs and Club Members to enjoy a fun, family oriented activity at a home game with the Portland Pirates. Please read the attached letter from Nick for all the information needed.
In a nut shell you will find there are 3 (three) ways to take advantage of this Club Member only benefit:
1. As a Snowmobile Club:
If the Club wants to get together and sponsor a ‘group’ night. Contact Nick and you can pick whichever home game the group wants to go to and he will help coordinate all the rest. A ‘group’ is defined as 10 or more people and there are a lot of fun benefits including the Snowmobile Club’s name on the big jumbo-tron message board!
2. As Individuals:
Perhaps the Club isn’t interested in a hockey game, but you as an individual would like to attend a game. Simply click on the link in Nick’s letter (or copy/paste) and it will bring you directly to the 'MSA online store’ where you can pick a game, number of tickets and pay securely on line. If you don’t like purchasing online or maybe don’t have the internet, give Nick a call and he will set you up. This offer does not require a minimum number of people to participate.
3. Special Pricing Offer:
The final offer is a sweet deal. All of the above tickets are at the discounted rate of $12.00 per person. However, this special pricing offer is only $10.00 a ticket!!! The Special Pricing Offer is for one game only, which is on Saturday, February 4th at 7PM and the Portland Pirates are featuring a Motorsports Night ~ featuring all kinds of sporting machines (could there be sleds???) in the arena.
Action Requested:
Club leaders, please:
· Forward this email with its attachment to your Club Members
· Put this item on your agenda for your next Club Meeting for discussion
· Include the information in your newsletters, Facebook updates and websites.
Enjoy!
Announcement 2:
I am saddened to tell you that prior to Thanksgiving, I sent an email to Harvey Chelsey and the MSA Executive Committee announcing my resignation as the MSA Membership Chairperson. Harvey has accepted and so will be my last communication to you all as the Chairperson. It has been great working with you all - there are so many dedicated club members and I was honored to be your voice and your advocate with the Executive Committee. Once a new Chairperson is assigned, I will be happy to hand over my findings from the survey and meetings. Until then... ride safe and have fun.
Phyllis Ouellette
'the former' MSA Membership Chairperson
